Our residents wellbeing is important to us and they deserve more than excellent care: they deserve days that bring vitality, meaningful relationships, and a sense of belonging.

Our residents wellbeing is important to us and they deserve more than excellent care: they deserve days that bring vitality, meaningful relationships, and a sense of belonging.

That's why our home has dedicated activites staff and care staff, people who listen to each resident's stories, interests, and hobbies, then shape weekly activity plans around them. Feedback from our residents  guides everything, ensuring there's always something that people want to join in with.

But wellbeing doesn't rest with one team alone. From housekeeping stopping for chats to carers joining in exercise classes, everyone plays a part, because meaningful connection happens in every interaction, not just scheduled activities.
